These terms apply to residential cleaning provided by Sereno Cleaning Services in Dallas, TX.

Quotes and payment

Your price is a flat rate agreed by phone before your first visit. If the condition or size of the home is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before we begin the work rather than adjusting the invoice afterward.

Scheduling and access

There are no contracts and you may cancel or reschedule at any time. You are responsible for providing safe access to the home, whether by key, lockbox, or door code.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us by the next business day, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Damage and liability

Sereno is licensed, bonded, and insured in Texas. If we damage something in your home, tell us and we will repair or replace it.
